Your Fish Pond Needs Regulation

There are multitudes of property owners in this country that have ponds, mini-lakes, streams or creeks running through their property and they are a thing of solace, tranquility, function, and recreation. The people that have these are blessed with such resources.

The massive government agency called the Environmental Protection Agency, better known as the EPA, seems to be interested in having a say so in what goes on, on your property. This same agency that ruled that carbon dioxide amounts to an endangerment to human health, is seeking to remove one word from a new bill before the senate,  “navigable”.

So the EPA wants to have total control over our waterways, and creeks, streams, ponds, birdbaths, swimming pools, and rain puddles. This is the same agency that says if Cap and Trade does not pass, it will implement it anyway and has the power to do so.
